Seriously. Other apps can convert MKV to MP4 in seconds, and I’m sitting here waiting HOURS. Don’t buy. Spend the extra on an app that works.

It doesn’t work, no convert to mp4. ?? really ! tried 1 hour AVI to MOV, it only resulted in 5 minutes. Waste of money.

無料のHandBrake等でもできる音声選択ができないのが☓ HandBrakeでは日本語音声で変換できる動画でも、このソフトだと「sorry,no track description found」となりできない。 これは個人的には致命的です

Super fast, extremely easy to use and reliable customer service. The only problem is that there is only one standart for subtitle encoding. For example, if you choose Turkish subtitle it will be encoded as if it is a english subtitle so you will see strange characters on the movie. I hope in the next update Itll be fixed as they promised.

Please add support of iPhone 6 and iPad Air 2. And design of app is not like Yosemete design. It looks old. As a converter it works great. One moment, please add function to make convertation settings to amount of files, but no for one. Thank you

The application simply cant convert multi-track mkv to multi-track mp4/m4v. Also it doen’t understand ass subtitres format.

Not sure when this converter stopped doing 7.1 audio conversions, but I’ve noticed recently my output files are only 5.1. Really ruins the the biggest reason I purchased this

I had some old Flip video AVI files. I dragged 37 into this app and wala! about 5 min later all were saved as MP4s in my movie directory…Love it

Converts any video file. I can’t seem to think of a video file it doesn’t support. You can use this for videos converting and most of all if you’re a web developer it does convert to and from OGG. I’m really happy their latest update made the icons and interface more crisp.

We all wish stuff would just work. Well, even though you have to “convert” - at least it does what it says it does, much quicker that I thought it would too. I took a bunch of individual short videos and converted them to play no problem. It allows new file names too, which helped me.
