Pro: Intuitive, easy, clean interface. Comprehensive; converts many formats to ones that El Capitan can run. Works for Apple computers, tablets, phones, TV. Puts the finished product where you want it, not, necessarily, in iTunes.
Cons: None that I’ve found yet.
